2、一年以上销售团队管理经验，并且取得较好的带队成绩
3、有招聘与培训新销售人员的能力

4、有销售营销方案策划与执行能力
5、有良好的抗压能力

岗位职责：
1、销售团队组建、运营及管理
2、销售团队的整体业务提升培训
3、带领销售人员完成基本销售任务，crm系统审核
4、销售团队客情关系维护
5、销售人员信息反馈收集与整理
6、协助产品研发与创新
7、销售团队绩效考核方案制定与执行

Job Summary:

Implement successful sales budget and guarantee achievement of Company target as stated in the strategic plans.

Requirement:

1、Marketing and E-commerce background is a must, and Good University Degree

2、Training and effective monitoring of sales team.

3、Good ability to recruit and train the new staff

4、May participate in the establishment of sales targets and design of the sales plan and implement

5、Outgoing personality with ability to work under pressure

Responsibilities:

1、Establish the sales team and good management

2、Establish a good relationship with the customers and provide products and service to them

3、Lead the team to complete the sales target and input the information to the CRM system

4、Keep the good relationship with customers

5、Collect the sales data and feedback for arrangement
