办公室管理及协助销售部门团队管理及完成销售任务
岗位要求:
1、市场营销,电子商务专业背景优先
2、良好的学习能力,很快的适应新环境,能够提出自己的见解
3、做事有条理、认真仔细、为人诚恳勤奋。有良好的沟通力与团队协作精神
4、有较强的分析能力,能够根据数据提出市场推广相关建议
5、有良好的抗压能力.
岗位职责:
1、熟悉销售流程,协助部门各项销售或渠道辅助工作
2、负责部门的文档管理、销售报表统计、产品配送管理等日常行政事
3、协助部门维护客户关系,做好客户电话来访工作,耐心解答客户疑问,并记录和及时给与反馈
4、收集市场客户,经销商等反馈信息,提出分析报告,供决策参考
5、协助部门组织市场推广活动:如展会和产品推广会的策划、筹备等
6、协助部门员工之间协调,帮助部门经理完成日常管理工作
7、协助主管部门人员招聘
Job Summary:
Support the sales team to manage and implement successful sales budget.
Requirement:
1、Marketing and E-commerce background is a must, and Good University Degree
2、Quick learning ability, adapt to changes in a work environment, bring ideas and solutions to issues raised
3、Working actively, orderly, carefully and patiently is preferred. Strong communication skills and good team-work attitude
4、Stronger analytical capacity, make recommendations on how to best approach market keeping in mind the business goals
5、Outgoing personality with ability to work under pressure
Responsibilities:
1、Familiar with the procedure of sales, Assist Sales and Channel Department for handling related issues
2、Good at document management, sales report assistance, products shipping
3、Assist to keep the good relationship with customers, answer customers' call patiently, and give the feedback in time
4、Collect the information of customer and distributor, propose the analysis report for reference
5、Participate in marketing activities
6、Coordinate with others, help the manager to handle the daily work
7、Organize the recruitment of new staff
