职位描述：

根据公司制定的渠道推广计划，完成相应的指标

岗位要求：
1、三年以上同等岗位或相关工作经验
2、逻辑思维力清晰
3、有较强的渠道开发能力
4、有很清晰的合约管理意识
5、形象佳、有较强的表达演讲及方案撰写能力
6、熟悉本公司产品销售，能够独立帮助经销商做产品销售或推广

岗位职责：
1、经销渠道的开发与维护
2、渠道合作的方法确立、谈判与缔结，CRM系统信息录入
3、渠道经销商培训与辅导
4、负责经销商信息反馈收集
5、协同部门帮助经销商完成相关市场推广活动

Job Summary:
Implement channel strategy plan and guarantee achievement of Company target as stated in the strategic plans.

Requirement:
1.Over 3 years related working experience
2.Logical-thinking capability
3.Excellent silk for channel development
4.Strong responsibility for contract management
5.Good figure, strong written and verbal communication skills
6.Familiar with the sales process, assist our distributors to talk with customers and provide promotion support to distributors independently

Responsibilities:
1.Explore new acquisition channel and maintain the relationship with the customers
2.Draft and conclude agreements, input the information to the CRM system
3.Training and provide support to distributors
4.To collect, evaluate and track the market information, give proposals and suggestions
5.Participate marketing activities
